【摘要】 目的探讨某三级甲等医院临床护士业余生活现况,为进行科学管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计的临床护士业余生活问卷对680名护士进行调查。结果 95.73%的临床护士睡眠在6～8h以上,39.12%的护士饮食不规律,21.32%的护士业余生活无计划,56.62%的护士业余生活常以听音乐、看电视、上网为消遣方式;66.03%的护士主要业余生活方式是照顾家庭,51.32%的护士常以上街购物作为缓解压力和消遣的方式。结论护理管理者应针对临床护士的真实需求,开展丰富多彩的业余活动,缓解其身心压力,提高护理人员素质和临床护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the current status of leisure-time activities among nurses in a 3A-level hospital and provide reference for scientific management.Method A total of 680 nurses were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about leisure-time activities.Results 95.73% nurses had more than 6~8 hours spleeping time.39.12% nurses had no regular diet.21.32% nurses hadn’t any plan about leisure-time activities.56.62% nurses spent their leisure-time on listening music,watching TV and surfing on the internet.66.03% nurses took their housework as main activities in leisure time.51.32% nurses took shopping as leisure-time activities to relax their pressure.Conclusions Nursing managers should organize rich and various leisure-time activities according to the real needs of nurses to alleviate nurses’ physical and mental pressure,and enhance the quality of nurses as well as the quality of nursing.更多还原
