【Abstract】 Genkwanin was isolated and identified from the roots of Daphne genkwa and exhibits antitussive,anti-inflammation,anticancer,antioxidant activities.A synthesis of Genkwanin was reported from 1-(2,4,6-trihydroxy-phenyl)-ethanone as raw material by four steps of methylation,condensation,oxidation,demethylation,the overall yield was 38%.The process is easy to gain materials,simple operation,high yield and suitable to scale production.更多还原
