液态金属回路DRAGON-Ⅱ锂铅合金流动与传热三维数值模拟
Three dimension numerical analysis of flow and heat transfer for Chinese liquid metal LiPb experimental loop Dragon-Ⅱ
【摘要】 高温热对流实验回路DARGON-Ⅱ实验时液态金属锂铅流动的详细流场难以精确测量,利用CFD软件FLUENT对锂铅流动与传热特性进行三维数值模拟,给出了实验工况时实验样品区的详细流场包括温度分布、速度分布与压力分布等,验证了理论分析和实验测量结果,为不同流速、温度时液态锂铅流动对聚变堆候选结构材料低活化钢的腐蚀特性、相容性实验参数的确定提供理论依据和数据参考。
【Abstract】 It is difficult to measure the detailed flow fields of Chinese liquid metal LiPb experimental loop Dragon-Ⅱ(High temperature heat convection,about 700 ℃).Three dimensions numerical analysis of the LiPb flow and heat transfer in loop has been carried out by using the CFD code FLUENT.The detailed flow fields,which include temperature,velocity,pressure and heat transfer of liquid LiPb in the test sample area,are presented to use as a reference for the corrosion experiment analysis of CLAM(China low activation martensitic) steel in flowing LiPb.
