猴头蘑硒多糖的抗脂质过氧化作用
Effect of Selenium Polysaccharide in Hedgehog Fungus on Lipid Peroxidation
【摘要】 目的:研究猴头蘑硒多糖对D-半乳糖所致小鼠各项指标的对抗作用,以期探讨猴头蘑硒多糖的抗衰老作用及其机制。方法:D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠为实验对象,以其体重、免疫器官中量,肝、脑丙二醛(Malon-dialdehyde,MDA),全血、脑谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(Glutahione peroxidaes,GSH-PX)及血清、脑中超氧化物岐化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)的活力,全面考察猴头蘑硒多糖的抗衰老作用。结果:猴头蘑硒多糖(20~40 mg/kg.d)能降低小鼠肝、脑组织MDA含量(P<0.01),提高全血、脑GSH-PX及血清脑中SOD活力,并阻抗小鼠体重及胸腺指数下降。结论:猴头蘑硒多糖通过清除氧自由基和活性氧,提高氧化酶活性而发挥抗脂质过氧化作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of the selenium polysaccharids in hedgehog fungus on D-galacitiol mice,and to explore the anti-ageing function and mechanism of selenium polysaccharide in hedgehog fungus.Methods:D-galacitiol aging model for experimental object to mice immune organs in the body weight,volume,liver and Malondialdehyde Glutahione,Superoxide dismutase peroxidaes and serum,SOD,vitality,the comprehensive hedgehog fungus selenium polysaccharide anti-ageing effect.Results:The hedgehog fungus selenium polysaccharide can reduce the content of MDA in liver,brain(P<0.01),improve blood,serum PX and brain GSH-SOD vigor,and the impedance in mice and thymus index weight down.Conclusions:the hedgehog fungus selenium polysaccharides by scanvenge oxygen free radicals and reactive oxygen species,improve their oxidase activity and lipid peroxidation.
