涡轮螺旋桨发动机建模与控制仿真

【摘要】 建立某型航空涡轮螺旋桨发动机核心模型,分析其加速性特点.详细分析发动机核心模型与螺旋桨负载机构之间的调节关系,建立核心发动机、燃油调节和螺旋桨一体化模型.并在一体化模型的基础上,设计发动机闭环比例-积分-微分控制器(PID控制器),添加前馈环节,抑制发动机功率超调.比较台架试车数据和模型仿真结果,验证模型可靠性和精度.

【Abstract】 The acceleration features of a turboprop engine were analyzed based on a core engine model,and the regulation analysis was carried out.The combination of a core engine model and fuel-propeller integrated mechanism was established.Fuel-propeller integrated model was built up for further design of proportional integral differential(PID) controller.Based on the integrated model,a close-loop controller engine was designed.A feed-forward section was added to the system for engine power overshoot constraint.Simulation validation was evaluated and verified by comparing the experimental rig’s test data and simulation output data.
