【Abstract】 In this paper,Some doubts are described on spectral blue-shift or red-shift of thermal radiator.The deliberations are given for these phenomena to these doubts.The Wien’s law and Stefan-Bdltzmann’s law are extraordinary examples of these formulae.This group formula names are solicited from the pubulic.更多还原
