提高铜精矿品位、降低SiO2含量技术改造实践

【摘要】 铜精矿中SiO2质量分数达12.0%,严重地影响了冶炼生产及企业的经济效益。通过调整浮选药剂,采用高频细筛取代旋流器对铜精矿分级、改变再磨介质等措施提高磨矿细度,实现铜精矿w(Cu)>25%、w(SiO2)<8%,降低了冶炼生产成本,提高了企业经济效益。

【Abstract】 The mass fraction of SiO2 in copper concentrate of MRDL ore processing plant reached 12. 0 % ,and it influenced the economic benefits of smelting plant seriously. By adjusting the floatation agent,replacing the swirler with high-frequency fine sieve and changing the regrind media,the grinding fineness can be enhanced. Finally,the mass fraction of Cu in concentrate can reach 25 % ,while SiO2 content is lower than 8 % . The smelting cost is cut and the economic benefit is enhanced.
