【Abstract】 In the process of economic and social development.there still exists many problems among the rural migrant workers in China.The rural migrant Workers.as a special group.contribute a lot to the urban economic development,yet their subjective feelings and emotions are neglected by people.However,Mr.Zhang Quanbao who has also been a migrant worker,during the process of organizing and shifting mass migrant workers to find jobs in urban area,has set up the Preservation Model,which can give much affection to the migrant workers.The emotional preservation can act as a safe passage for the migrant workers when they seek emploment in cities.更多还原
