【Abstract】 Objective:To study surgical methods and efficacy of microvascular decompression for treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia(ITN).Methods:36 cases of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia patients treated with microvascular decompression(MVD)operation were studied retrospectively.Results:The follow was 6 ～ 9 months.The total effective rate was 97.2%.There was no permanence complication.Conclusion:MVD is a safe and effective surgical modility for ITN.更多还原
