【摘要】 目的:观察抗抑郁剂圣·约翰草提取物(路优泰)联合心理干预治疗对脑卒中后抑郁及神经功能康复的影响。方法:将66例脑卒中后抑郁患者,随机分为联合治疗组和对照组各33例。对照组按病情分别给予抗凝、溶栓、脱水、利尿、降压、降血糖及营养脑神经等常规治疗;联合治疗组则在此基础上加服圣·约翰草提取物,300mg/次,一日三次,疗程为8周;两组均进行综合及个体心理治疗,未采用其他抗抑郁药物。在治疗前和治疗后4周、8周分别进行改良爱丁堡-斯堪的那维亚卒中量表(MESSS)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果:与对照组相比,联合治疗组HAMD评分和MESSS评分的减分率均较高,疗效明显优于对照组。结论:圣·约翰草提取物联合心理干预治疗可明显改善脑卒中后抑郁症状,促进神经功能的康复,副作用小,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of extract of St.John’s Wort(Neurostan) combined with psychological intervention in patients with post-stroke depression and observe the effect of extract of St.John’ s Wort on rehabilitation of neurological function.Methods:66 cases of patients suffering from post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated by 300mg extract of St. John s Wort,threes times per day,for a treatment course of 8 weeks.Both groups undertook psychological intervention therapy.Patients were assessed by HAMD and MESSS rating criteria before the treatment and 4weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment separately.Results:The rating of HAMD and MESSS of the treatment group was significantly lower after 8 weeks’ treatment than that of the control group.Conclusion:Therapeutic effect of extract of St.John s Wort combined with psychological intervention is effective and safe in the treatment of post-stroke depression and can promote the rehabiliatation of neurological function.更多还原
