集中空调冷却塔水嗜肺军团菌影响因素的Logistic回归分析

【摘要】 目的探讨集中空调冷却塔水嗜肺军团菌的影响因素,为进一步控制空调系统冷却水嗜肺军团病提供依据。方法于2009年2—12月,采集无锡市40家单位的89份空调冷却水,检测嗜肺军团菌及相关理化指标,同时应用自行设计的调查表进行现场调查。对获得的数据进行多因素非条件Logistic逐步回归分析。结果单因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌阳性率与水温、浑浊度、消毒、水藻类相关(P<0.100)。经多因素非条件Logistic逐步回归分析,冷却水嗜肺军团菌阳性的危险因素为冷却水中藻类生长(OR=49.216)。冷却水消毒则使其危险性降低(OR=0.100)。结论空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌的检出率与冷却水不消毒、冷却水中有藻类生长密切相关,可作为预防和控制冷却水嗜肺军团菌的依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influencing factors for Legionella pneumophila contamination in cooling water of air conditioning system and provide evidence for legionnaires disease control and prevention. Methods Eighty-nine samples of cooling water from 40 units were collected from February to December in 2009, and Legionella pneumophila, physical and chemical indicators in cooling water were detected. Questionnaire was conducted at the same time. The data were analyzed by non-conditional Logistic regression. Results A significant relationship was observed between temperature, turbidity, disinfection, algae and the positive rate of Legionella pneumophila in the cooling water by univariate non-conditional Logistic analysis. Multiple Logistic regression analysis revealed that risk factors for Legionella pneumophila contamination were algae in the cooling water and disinfection. Conclusion The main influencing factors for Legionella pneumophila contamination were disinfection and algae of cooling water in the air-conditioning systems, which provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of legionnaires disease.
