【Abstract】 The methods used for measuring landfill density of domestic waste were introduced.On the base of field measurements at Qizishan Waste Landfill Site in Suzhou and previous data from other countries,the main factors affecting waste landfill density were discussed.The field measurements at the landfill site showed that the range of waste landfill density from 510 to 1 730 kg/m3,and it exhibited an increasing trend with the landfill depth.Based on the discussion,a density versus landfill depth curve is recommended for projects of municipal domestic waste landfill sites in Southern China.更多还原
