【摘要】 提出了环境保护总体规划图集编制的一般原则(包括协调性、系统性原则,可比性原则,动态变化原则),构建了《大连市环境保护总体规划图集》的整体框架体系.该图集的特点主要体现在:运用动态图形式展现规划内容;融合现代制图先进技术;为决策应用提供更直观的展示手段.总结了图集的编制步骤,对图集的基础体系和图形的绘制做出了统一的规范.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper proposes several general principles in Environmental Protection Master Planning atlas compilation,including coordinated,systematic,comparable,and dynamic rules.We made a ground-breaking accomplishment in the design and framework of the atlas system and compiled the Master Planning Atlas for Dalian Environmental Protection.The innovative features of the master planning atlas include a dynamic map to show the contents of the plans,advanced techniques of map-making,and direct and objective display tools in decision-making.This paper also summarizes the steps in atlas compilation and standardizes the basic series and the drawing of the atlas.更多还原
