环氧乙烯基酯树脂耐环境老化性能研究

【摘要】 研究了环氧乙烯基酯树脂基体及其复合材料的耐环境老化性能,包括耐湿热性能、耐自然老化性能及耐紫外光老化性能。研究结果表明,环氧乙烯基酯树脂体系具有良好的力学性能、耐湿热性能,在环境老化及耐紫外光辐射老化试验中表现出一定的稳定性,且工艺操作简便,可以作为户外基础设施用复合材料。

【Abstract】 The environment aging stability of epoxy vinyl ester resin (VE) and its composite were researched,including the wet-heat resistant property,anti-weather ability and the UV stability.The results showed that the epoxy vinyl ester resin had the good comprehensive mechanical properties,the moisture-heat resistant property,was of the environment aging and the ultraviolet ray radiation aging stability,as well as a good processing.It is thought that the composites derived from VE resin system is good to be taken as the outdoor composite material.
