【Abstract】 With China’s rapid economic development,there has been a large number of mineral resources consumption and environmental pollution.Many scholars believe that national ownership of mineral resources stir up the calamity,strongly advocate the ownership restructuring.From a rational point of view,it concludes that national ownership of this phenomenon is not stir up the calamity,but the management system of national ownership is no longer meet the requirements of today’s market.We should strengthen the management of mineral resource from the aspects of management system and competition.更多还原
