活性炭吸附和脱附-等离子体氧化净化有机废气

【摘要】 根据滑动弧放电等离子体适于降解高浓度有机物废气的特性,结合活性炭吸附法,提出了吸附器的吸附浓缩和热脱附-等离子体氧化净化有机废气技术。实际运行结果表明:对于处理低浓度、大风量的有机废气,该技术与其他技术相比具有净化效率高、二次污染小和节省能耗等优点。

【Abstract】 Volatile organic compounds(VOCs) emission control by combining intermittent activated carbon adsorption and plasma oxidation was investigated.Activated carbon adsorption in fact is to utilize the adsorption character of activated carbon to adsorb organic compounds of exhaust gas of low thickness and large volume of gas and condense.Plasma oxidation in fact is to use hot air to heat organic solvent adsorbed and make it boiling and desorbed from active carbon,and this exhaust gas of high thickness is led into the reactor of plasma oxidation.The application results show that this process features energy-saving,little second pollution and high cleaning efficiency.
