【摘要】 30年来,从以服务学校改革与发展为重点,到以对高等教育管理与评估领域的重大理论和实践问题研究为导向,华中科技大学教育科学研究院在高等教育管理与评估研究领域取得了丰硕的成果,集中表现在高等学校管理研究、高等教育体制改革与现代大学制度研究、学术职业与教师聘任制研究、高等教育评估与质量保证研究和高等教育管理学的学科建设研究等方面。30年来的研究工作表现出专业研究人员数量不断增加,研究领域不断拓展,研究方法更加科学规范等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The scholars from School of Education in HUST,have made great achievements in the field of higher education management and assessment research,which are focused on areas such as management of higher education institutions,reform of higher education system and modern university institution,academic profession and faculty recruitment,assessment and quality assurance of higher education,and construction of the discipline of higher education management,etc.The value direction of the study has changed from serving to the universities’ reform and development to the important disciplinary theories and practical issues of higher education.The research of the past 30 years is featured as continuing increase of professional researchers,extension of the research areas,and better uses of scientific research methodology,and so on.更多还原
