运用心理相容原理 提高高校管理的实效性
The use of "psychological compatibility" theory to improve the effectiveness of university management
【摘要】 高校管理人员应根据心理相容的特点,结合运用心理相容的条件,从交往策略、方法策略、训练策略、选择策略、沟通策略五个方面提高管理工作的实效性。
【Abstract】 The management personnel in university should be based on the characteristics of psychological compatibility and combined with the use of psychological compatibility conditions to improve the effectiveness of the management in five areas,such as the communication strategies,methods and strategies,training strategies,selection strategies,communication strategies.
