【摘要】 目的探讨儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)的手术方法及疗效。方法对通过询问病史、常规及特殊体格检查确诊为OSAHS的患儿,根据病因采取相应的手术治疗,以解除患儿呼吸道阻塞。结果87例患儿治愈62例,占71.3%,好转25例,占28.7%,有效率100%。结论儿童OSAHS与成人在病因及诊断和治疗方法上都不尽相同,有一定的特殊性。儿童OSAHS在治疗上以手术解除上呼吸道阻塞为主,辅以微波治疗及正压通气等,预后良好。注意儿童OSAHS围手术期的治疗,可以避免发生严重的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the operating procedure of surgery and its therapeutic effects on children obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Operation treatment was conducted on children with OSAHS diagnosed by inquiring disease history and regular and special examination and their airway obstruction was removed.Results Of 87 cases,62 cases(71.3%) were cured and 25 cases(28.7%) improved with an effective rate of 100%.Conclusion The pathogeny,diagnosis and therapeutic methods of OSAHS is a little unique for children,but not quite the same for adults.In treatment of children with OSAHS,the main problem is to solve the upper respiratory tract obstruction,assisted by radiofrequency and microwave treatment and positive pressure ventilation.The prognosis is good.Some serious complications can be avoided by paying attention to perioperative management.更多还原
