【摘要】 为给制碱工业提供合格卤水,本文探索了吉兰泰盐湖卤水除杂的工艺条件。考察了加料顺序、沉淀剂浓度、反应物配比、搅拌速率、反应温度等条件对卤水除杂及沉淀沉降效果的影响。实验结果表明,采用以石灰乳除镁再用碳酸钠除钙的方法,在文章探索得到的工艺条件下,除杂后卤水中杂质含量符合纯碱生产要求,采取该工艺所生成沉淀的沉降性能良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper explores the process for removing impurities from brine of Jilantai Salt Lake to provide qualified brine for soda unit.The effects of operation conditions including feeding order,precipitant concentration,ratio of reactants,agitation speed and temperature on the removal impurities from brine and sedimentation were examined.The results indicated that the contents of impurities in the purified brine meeted the requirement for producing soda and sedimentation result of precipitation was improved when the method of removing magnesium with lime slurry and then removing calcium with sodium carbonate and appropriate process conditions for the removal of impurities were adopted.更多还原
