【摘要】 建立了新的溶解方法检测复方氨敏虎杖胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏含量。采用HPLC分析,用流动相作为溶剂溶解样品,测定马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。用溶解方法检测复方氨敏虎杖胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏含量,最低检出量为0.126μg/mL,在7.2～180μg/mL内有良好的的线性关系,R=0.9998;平均回收率99.77%(RSD为1.03%,n=9)。本方法减少了胶囊中其他成分对马来酸氯苯那敏含量测定的影响,使检测结果更加准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to establish a new method of detecting dissolved the contents of chlorpheniramine maleate in Compound Paracetamol and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules.By HPLC analysis,using the mobile phase as a solvent dissolved samples of chlorpheniramine maleate-in.The detection method of dissolving the Compound Paracetamol and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules in the chlorphenamine Maleate-content,the minimum for the detection of 0.126 μg/mL,in the 7.2～ 180 μg/mL with a good linear relationship,R=0.999 8;average recovery rate of 99.77% (RSD to 1.03%,n=9).The ways of reducing the capsule in the other components of the M Chlorphenamine Maleate-determination of the impact of the test results more accurate.更多还原
