【Abstract】 This paper presented the features of innovation enterprises in terms of human resources,technology and tolerance.It also comparatively analyzed the capital,capacity,products,management between conventional enterprises and the innovation enterprises.Furthermore,it investigated some problems such as the people-oriented management,collaboration among resources,capital management,risk management and creative project management from the perspective of the value realization.更多还原
