【摘要】 ZLM50E变速箱用于ZLM50E型装载机上,为装载机提供所需的行进速度。箱体的设计是整个变速箱设计中非常重要的部分,传统设计技术上比较成熟,但存在缺陷。介绍ZLM50E变速箱的结构、受力分析及其载荷的相关计算;对箱体进行三维造型;利用有限元分析发现并改善箱体设计上的缺陷,提出改进设计的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The box ZLM50E is applied to ZLM50E loader to provide it with the needed speed.The designing of the box is a very important part of the whole gearbox.Although the designing technology of the box is quite mature,it has defects as well.In this study,the structure of ZLM50E gearbox is introduced with its force analysis and relevant calculation of its load provided.Besides,3-D modeling of the box is made and its defects are found by finite element analysis.The method of optimization is put forward in the end.更多还原
