【Abstract】 This article introduced weld chemical composition and property of self-fusion welding stainless steel welded pipe and with addition of filler metal welding stainless steel welded pipe,as well as determination and control ferrite content in weld.It pointed the difference of stainless steel welded pipe weld composition and microstructure whether or not adding filler metal decides two kinds of stainless steel welded pipe manufacturing process and performance are different.Austenitic without filler metal and duplex stainless steel welded pipe have to be or should supply as much as possible in heat treatment and austenitic with filler metal and duplex stainless steel welded pipe are often required to control ferrite content.更多还原
