2205/Q235大面积双相不锈钢复合板性能分析

【摘要】 针对油田对集输管线用板材较高抗腐蚀性的要求,采用爆炸焊接技术,对2205双相不锈钢与碳钢Q235进行爆炸焊接,研制出了10 000 mm(长)×1 400 mm(宽)×14 mm(厚)大面积双相不锈钢复合板材,其中不锈钢层厚度为2 mm。检测结果表明:复合板材的剪切强度及其他力学性能均达到或超过标准要求;HIC试验和SSCC试验加载为72%Rt 0.5时均未出现任何裂纹;在H2S,CO2,C l-共存的气相腐蚀介质中,试样蚀速率为0.045mm/a;两种材料的复合界面SEM观察及元素分析表明,2205双相不锈钢与Q235完全实现了冶金结合。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the requirement of higher corrosion-resistant steel plates for gathering and transporting pipeline,the explosive welding technology was used to 2205 duplex stainless steel and Q235 carbon steel,and large-area duplex stainless steel composite plate with 10000(length)×1400(width)×14(thickness)mm was developed,in which the stainless steel thickness was 2mm.Test results showed that the shear strength and other mechanical properties of composite plate reached or exceeded the requirement of relevant standards,and no crack appeared at HIC and SSCC tests while test load was 72% Rt 0.5;in gas corrosion media co-existence of H2S,CO2,Cl-,the corrosion rate of the sample was 0.045mm/a;Through SEM observation and element analysis of two composite interface material showed that 2205 duplex stainless steel and Q235 fully achieved metallurgical combination.
