基于PCS7的加热炉综合控制方案设计与实施

【摘要】 针对工业生产中常见的加热炉装置,设计了基础过程控制系统以及安全相关系统。选用西门子DCSPCS7进行基础过程控制系统实施,选用西门子PLC S7-400FH进行安全仪表系统实施,完成了系统配置。同时,进行了仪表供电系统设计。综合控制方案实施的结果表明,本方案能够合理可行地完成加热炉综合控制任务。

【Abstract】 Basic process control systems and safety related systems were designed to keep safe production for the common industrial device furnace.SIMATIC PCS7 was selected to implement the basic process control,and SIMATIC PLC with the CPU S7-400FH was selected for the safety instrument systems.The integrated control system configuration was completed and the instrument power supply system was also designed.The control results of the integrated control program show that the program can be reasonably practicable to complete the furnace integrated control tasks.
