侧顶复吹AOD精炼过程中侧吹气体射流的反冲对炉衬蚀损的影响

【摘要】 以熔铸硼酸板模拟炉衬,在120tAOD炉水模型装置上研究了侧顶复吹条件下侧吹气流的反冲对炉衬蚀损的影响,并作了工业实验.结果显示,给定的侧枪枪位下,侧吹气流的反冲对炉衬蚀损的影响随侧吹总气量和单枪气量的增大及侧枪数的减少而增强;对应本工作所用侧枪数,在18°~27°范围内合宜增大枪间夹角利于缓解炉衬蚀损;顶吹气流使炉衬蚀损速率减小;复吹过程中由浮力引起的炉衬受损区域扩大程度比纯侧吹下要低;给定各吹气量下,采用7枪22.5°和6枪27°时,炉衬蚀损程度和速率比采用其他侧枪配置时都小.由水模拟得到的结论是可靠、可信和正确的.适当增大120tAOD炉侧枪间夹角可大幅度提高其炉龄,并显著改善精炼过程各项技术经济指标.

【Abstract】 Modeling the refractory lining with boric acid cast plate,the influence of the back-attack of side blowing gas streams on the erosion and wear of the refractory lining under the conditions of combined side and top blowing was investigated on a water model unit of 120 t AOD converter,and the industrial experiments were conducted.The results demonstrated that at a given angle between each tuyere,the erosion and wear of the lining caused by the back-attack of horizontal gas streams was accelerated with decreasing of tuyere number used and increasing of the total gas blowing rate and the gas flow rate for single tuyere.At the given tuyere numbers employed in this work,suitably increasing the angular separation between each tuyere in the range of 18°~27° was favorable to alleviating the erosion and wear of the lining.A gas jet from top lance could reduce the erosion and wear rate of the lining.Compared with that in a simple side blowing,the extended extent of eroded and worn zone of the lining resulting from the buoyancy in a combined blowing became lower.For both simple side and combined blowing in this work,when 7 tuyeres with 22.5° or 6 tuyeres with 27° were used,the degrees and rates of the erosion and wear of the lining were all lower than those using the other tuyere equipment and arrangements.The conclusions drawn from the water modeling studies on the combined blowing were reliable,believable and correct.A proper increase in the angle between each tuyere of the 120 t AOD converter could prolong the life of its lining by large amplitude,and obviously improve the technical and economic indications of the refining process.
