高炉内烧结矿与块矿高温交互反应机理研究
Research on Mechanism of Interaction between Sinter and Lump Ores in Blast Furnace
【摘要】 在研究单一炉料和混合炉料的软化特征基础上,着重考察了天然块矿与高碱度烧结矿在高炉高温区的交互反应现象,并对其反应机理和影响因素进行了分析.结果表明,天然块矿与烧结矿在高炉高温区存在着复杂的交互反应,能够明显改善块矿自身的软熔特性;不同块矿的交互反应的强弱有所不同,与烧结矿交互反应强的块矿改变自身软化特征性能的能力也越强;交互反应的主要产物为CaFeSiO4,除温度外,反应还受含铁炉料的化学成分、微观结构、冶金性能等因素影响.B研究结果为高炉炉料结构的优化提供理论基础和技术依据.
【Abstract】 Through studying the softening properties of the lump ore,sinter and mixed burden respectively in the laboratory,the interaction between natural lump ores and sinter were investigated.In the meantime,the reaction mechanism and influential factors were analyzed.The results showed that self-softening properties of the lump ore were dramatically improved by interaction between sinter and lump ore.There were differences in high temperature interaction of different lump ores.The larger the interaction of lump ore was,the greater the softening property was improved.The main gangue from the interaction was CaFeSiO4,and temperature,chemical composition,micromechanism and metallurgical properties of the lump ores all had effects on the interaction.This research would supply theoretical basis and technical support for optimizing burden structure in blast furnace.
