甲基三氯硅烷制备氯甲基杂氮硅三环的研究
Study on the preparation of chloromethylsilatrane from methyltrichlorosilane
【摘要】 以工业产品甲基三氯硅烷为原料,通过氯化、醇解后,再与三乙醇胺反应,得到一种具有广谱生物活性的化合物,即氯甲基杂氮硅三环。利用红外、核磁等手段对所得产物的结构进行了表征,并考察了反应温度、反应时间及反应物摩尔比等因素对产物产率的影响,获得了优化的工艺条件。
【Abstract】 Chloromethylsilatrane,which is a kind of compound with broad spectrum bioactivity,was synthesized by chlorination,alcoholusis and reaction with triethanolamine using a kind of industrial product methyltrichlorosilane. FT-IR and 1H-NMR were used to determine the structure of the product. The yield of the product was studied by changing the reaction factors,including reaction temperature,reaction time and mole ratio of the reactants and obtained an optimized process conditions.
