PMMA包覆铝酸锶发光粉的制备与表征
Preparation and characterization of PMMA-coated strontium aluminate phosphor
【摘要】 采用乙二醇/水为分散介质,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,通过AA/MMA聚合反应,制得PMMA包覆铝酸锶发光粉。采用IR、SEM、荧光光谱仪、酸度计等分析手段对包覆粉进行了分析表征。结果表明:PMMA在发光粉表面形成包覆层,包覆层对发光粉发光特性的影响较小,包覆后发光粉的耐水性显著提高。
【Abstract】 Using potassium persulfate as initiator,and by the polymerization reaction of acrylic acid(AA) and methyl methacrylate(MMA),the PMMA-coated strontium aluminate phosphor was prepared in the glycol/water dispersion medium.The properties of coated phosphor were characterized by IR,SEM,fluorescence spectrometer and acidometer.The results showed that the PMMA coating was formed on the surface of phosphor,and the PMMA coating caused little negative influence on luminescence properties of phosphor,and the water resistance of phosphor was improved significantly after being coated with PMMA.
