Mn2+掺杂的ZnO-B2O3-SiO2光存储玻璃的热释光研究

【摘要】 采用高温熔融法制备了Mn2+掺杂的ZnO-B2O3-SiO2(ZBSM)体系的光存储玻璃,并通过热释光谱研究了ZBSM玻璃的存储性能以及陷阱能级的分布情况,结果显示:材料内部至少存在中心能级的深度分别约为0.80eV和1.02eV的两种陷阱,而激活离子Mn2+和基质组成ZnO-B2O3-SiO2的变化均会造成材料光存储性能及陷阱分布的改变。

【Abstract】 Mn2+depoed ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 glass were prepared by high temperature melting method.The optical storage property and distribution of traps were described by TL spectrum.,and the results showed that there were two kinds of traps in ZBSM glass at least,whose central depths were 0.80eV and 1.02eV.Otherwise,the optical storage property and distribution of traps could be influenced greatly by the active ion and matrix composition.
