松油醇副产松油烯与马来酸酐加成反应条件研究
Study on Addition Reaction between By-product Terpinene and Maleic Anhydride
【摘要】 研究了活化硅胶、硅藻土、氢型丝光沸石、大孔树脂、β-分子筛、活性白土共6种固体催化剂对松油醇副产松油烯与马来酸酐进行Diels-Alder加成反应的催化活性,并以活化硅胶为催化剂,通过正交实验考察了影响加成产物1-异丙基-4-甲基二环2,2,2-5-辛烯-2,3-二甲酰羧酸酐(TM)产率及纯度的各主要因素,并利用红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱等方法对TM结构进行了表征。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:反应温度150℃、松油烯与马来酸酐质量比1.8:1、反应时间2.5h、催化剂用量6%(对松油烯质量分数);验证试验TM的产率及纯度平均分别达到80.6%和89.4%。
【Abstract】 The catalytic activity of six kinds of solid catalyst activated silica gel,celite,hydrogen mordenite,macroporous resin,β-zeolite and activated clay to the Diels-Alder addition reaction between by-product of terpineol and maleic anhydride were studied.Catalyzed by activated silica gel,the factors affecting yield and purity of addition reaction product(TM) were investigated by means of orthogonanl design.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows:reaction temperature 150 ℃,m(terpinene):m(maleic anhydride)=1.8:1,reaction time 2.5 h,catalyst amount of 6%(to the terpinene).The optimal reaction conditions were verified,the TM were analyzed and characterized by IR,NMR and MS.
