固相法制备锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4的研究
Synthesis and Characterization of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 Cathode Materials for Lithium Ion Batteries by Solid State Method
【摘要】 以Li2CO3、MnO2和Ni(OH)2为原料,采用固相法在空气中于750~950℃下烧结24h得到LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4正极材料,并采用XRD、SEM、BET和恒电流充放电等对样品进行了表征测试。结果表明:合成的样品均为纯相的尖晶石结构,并且随着合成温度的升高,样品的粒径增大、比表面积减小。充放电测试表明:850℃下合成的样品有较好的电化学性能,0.1C的放电比容量可达120.7mAh·g-1,0.5C循环30次后,容量保持率为99.3%。
【Abstract】 LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 cathode materials were synthesized by solid state method using Li2CO3、MnO2 and Ni(OH)2 as starting materials. The characterization of the cathode materials were characterized by XRD, SEM, BET and tested by galvanization charge/discharge. The characterization results showed that the cathode materials had pure single structure, the particles size was increased and the specific surface area was decreased with the increase of temperature. Galvanization charge/discharge results indicated that the sample synthesized at 850℃ had good electrochemical performance, of which the capacity was 120.7 mAh·g-1 at the discharge rate of 0.1C, the cycle retention was 99.3% after 30 cycles at the discharge rate of 0.5C.
