硫铁矿炼磺渣选铁还原焙烧磁选还原剂试验研究
Experiment on reducing agent for recovering iron from pyrite sulfur refining slag by reduction roasting and magnetic separation
【摘要】 根据炼磺渣的性质,采用预选抛尾的方法预选了试样,在此基础上,分别进行了预选粗精矿还原焙烧的还原剂种类、还原剂用量、还原剂粒度、磁选磁场强度试验。试验表明:预选粗精矿焙烧时间在20 min,温度在850℃时,还原剂种类以焦炭、还原剂用量以5%、还原剂粒度以-1mm、磁场强度以0.29 T为宜,得到的铁品位为51.71%,铁回收率为77.20%。
【Abstract】 According to the nature of refining sulfur residue,the samples were selected by the pre-concentration to reject tailing.On this basis,the experiments of reduction roasting of the pre-concentration crude concentrate were done,including these experiments of the sort of reducing reagent,the dosage of reducing reagent,the granularity of reducing agent,and magnetic field strength.Results showed that when the time of pre-coarse concentrate roasting lasted 20 minutes at 850 ℃,the sort of suitable reducing agent was the coke,and the dosage of suitable reducing agent was 5%,and the granularity of suitable reducing agent was-1mm,and the suitable magnetic field strength was 0.29 T,and the iron grade of 51.71% and the iron recovery of 77.20% were obtained.
