磷矿浮选尾矿煅烧铵盐法实验研究

【摘要】 针对瓮福磷矿浮选尾矿的资源特点,将磷尾矿作为高磷白云石矿进行处理,舍弃了传统的白云石碳化法,提出了煅烧-铵盐选择浸出工艺,不仅可以开发出具有高附加值和工业应用前景的优质氢氧化镁、氧化镁以及轻质碳酸钙,并且可获得适于湿法磷酸生产的磷精矿,较好实现资源的综合利用。研究表明:在煅烧温度为900℃时,尾矿中白云石分解,而氟磷酸钙不分解;煅烧熟料用硝酸铵浸出,CaO浸出率可达80.43%;浸出渣用硫酸铵二次浸出,MgO浸出率可达91%以上,二次浸出渣为含P2O538%以上的磷精矿;P2O5回收率达88.58%。该研究为综合利用磷矿浮选尾矿提供了基础性资料。

【Abstract】 In response to characteristics of flotation phosphate tailings from Wengfu Phosphate Mine,the process of calcination-ammonium salts selective leaching was introduced to treat them as dolomite with high phosphorous content,instead of the traditional dolomite carbonization process.By this process,both high-quality and high added value products with commercial application prospect,such as magnesium hydroxide,magnesium oxide and light calcium carbonate and phosphate concentrate which can be used in wet-phosphorous acid production with realization of comprehensive utilization of the resources.The researe does not at the temperature of 900 degree.The calcich indicates that dolomite in the tailings decomposes completely and fluorapatitned clinkers are leached out with NH4NO3 and the leaching rate of CaO in the calcined tailings can reach 80.43 percents,with NH4NO3 as leaching agent,the secondary leaching rate of MgO in the leached residue is higher than 91 percent with(NH4)2SO4 as leaching agent,the secondary leached residue is concentrate with P2O5 containing 38 percent,and the recovery ratio of P2O5 being 88.58 percent,which provides the basic information for the comprehensive utilization of flotation phosphate tailings.
