粗四氯化钛精馏分离工艺设计与模拟计算

【摘要】 应用Aspen Plus模拟软件,对海绵钛生产中粗四氯化钛物系进行了精馏分离工艺设计和模拟计算,得到了各塔回流比、塔板数和温度等操作参数。采用RadFrac严格模型对精馏塔进行了验证,并就相关工艺参数进行了灵敏度分析。结果表明:精馏后四氯化钛质量纯度达到99.5%,回收率达到99.0%以上,四氯化硅质量纯度达到97%,回收率达88%以上,满足分离工艺要求。

【Abstract】 Using the simulation software Aspen Plus,the design and simulation were carried out for distillation process of crude titanium tetrachloride system which was produced on the process of sponge titanium production.The operation parameters,such as the reflux ratio,stage number and temperature were obtained.Using the rigorous module of RadFrac,the validity of this process was validated,and the sensitivity analysis was carried out too.The results showed that the mass purity of titanium tetrachloride and silicon tetrachloride reaches 99.5% and 97.0% respectively,and the recovery rate of above 99.0% and 88%,which meet the requirement of products separation.
