5-(氯代吲哚-3’-基)-1H-四唑的合成
Synthesis of 5-(3-chloro substituted indolyl)-1H-tetrazole
【摘要】 报道了以盐酸三乙胺作催化剂,4,5,6,7位氯代吲哚-3-甲腈和叠氮化钠在DMF中反应生成4个相应的5-(氯代吲哚-3’-基)-1H-四唑类化合物,其结构通过熔点、IR和~1H-NMR等得到确证,纯度>99.0%。
【Abstract】 Four new indolyltetrazole compounds have been synthesized by the addition of sodium azide to 4,5,6, 7 - position chloroindole -3 - carbonitriles by the catalyst of triethylamine hydrochloride.Their structures were confirmed by melting point,IR and ~1H - NMR.
