粉煤灰制备单相态分子筛及对溶液中Cu2+的吸附
Preparation of Single-phase Molecular Sieve from Fly Ash and Its Adsorption of Cu2+ in Solution
【摘要】 以粉煤灰为原料,采用两步水热合成法制备分子筛。对所制备的分子筛的晶体类型和形貌进行表征,研究了所制备分子筛对溶液中Cu2+的吸附性能。实验结果表明:控制硅铝凝胶中的m(SiO2):m(Al2O3)分别为1.7和2.9,可得到单相态NaA型分子筛和X型分子筛;硅铝凝胶在100℃的低温条件下晶化,有利于制备小粒径的NaA型分子筛;NaA型分子筛对Cu2+的吸附容量大于X型分子筛;在25℃、溶液初始pH为3、Cu2+质量浓度为50 mg/L、溶液体积为100 mL的条件下,NaA型分子筛最佳加入量为1.5 g,吸附30 min,Cu2+去除率可达95.3%;NaA型分子筛对Cu2+最大吸附容量为82.37 mg/g。
【Abstract】 The molecular sieve was prepared from fly ash by two-step hydrothermal synthesis process. The crystal types and images of the products were characterized and their adsorption capabilities to Cu2+ in solution were studied.The experimental results show that;The single-phase NaA type molecular sieve and X type molecular sieve can be successfully prepared when m(SiO2) :m(Al2O3) of the silicaalumina gel is 1.7 and 2.9 respectively;Crystallization at 100℃ is beneficial to synthesize the smallsize NaA type molecular sieve;The adsorption capacity of NaA molecular sieve to Cu2+ is larger than that of X molecular sieve;Under the conditions of 25℃,initial solution pH 3,Cu2+ mass concentration 50 mg/L,solution volume 100 mL,NaA molecular sieve dosage 1.5 g and adsorption time 30 min,the Cu2+ removal rate can reach 95.3 % ;The maximum adsorption capacity and the adsorption intensity of the NaA molecular sieve are 82.37mg/g and 0.074 3 g/mg respectively.
