接触氧化—水解—MBR处理头孢类抗生素化学合成废水
Treatment of Wastewater in Chemical Synthesis of Cephalosporin by Contact Oxidation-Hydrolysis-MBR Process
【摘要】 采用接触氧化—水解—MBR处理头孢类抗生素化学合成废水,设计进水量350m3/d,实际处理水量385m3/d。在进水COD为2 125~1 1561mg/L(平均进水COD为4 164mg/L)时,出水COD为79~282mg/L(平均出水COD为178mg/L),出水BOD5低于10mg/L,完全满足该工业园区污水纳管标准(COD≤300mg/L,BOD5≤100mg/L)。在平均进水TN、ρ(NH+4-N)和ρ(NO3--N)分别为145.47,0.89,49.25mg/L时,平均出水分别为91.76,78.11,18.61mg/L,系统脱氮能力有限。
【Abstract】 The wastewater in chemical synthesis of cephalosporin was treated by contact oxidation-hydrolysis-MBR process.The design influent rate is 350 m3/d and the practical treatment rate is 385 m3/d.When the influent COD is 2 125-11 561 mg/L(average 4 164 mg/L),the effluent COD is 79-282 mg/L(average 178 mg/L) and the effluent BOD5 is below 10 mg/L,which can meet the standards for the wastewater reception system in this industrial park(COD≤300 mg/L,BOD5≤100 mg/L).When the average TN,ρ(NH+4-N) and ρ(NO-3-N) of the influent are 145.47,0.89,49.25 mg/L respectively,those of the effluent are 91.76,78.11,18.61 mg/L respectively,it indicates that the system has a limited ability of denitrogenation.
