高锰酸钾深度处理生物制药生化出水的研究

【摘要】 以生物制药生化出水为研究对象,研究了高锰酸钾对此类废水的处理效果。同时考察了高锰酸钾投加量、水样pH值、反应温度、反应时间等因素的影响。结果表明,高锰酸钾对该类废水有较好的去除效果。在最佳条件下COD去除率大于82%,色度全部去除。为该类水的处理提供了试验依据。

【Abstract】 Taking the effluent of biochemical treated pharmacy wastewater as the object,the effect of pota-ssium permanganate on that kind of wastewater treatment was studied,and the influences of potassium permanga-nate dosage,pH value of water sample,reaction temperature,reaction time and some other factors on treatment effect were studied at the same time.The results showed that,potassium permanganate had a satisfying effect on the said kind of wastewater treatment.Under the optimal condition,the removal rate of COD was above 82%,the colority could be totally eliminated.The study results could provide experimental basis for the said kind of wastewater treatment.
