【Abstract】 TV and Radio University is of a multilevel school management system.Therefore,the internal system problems can be solved by applying system theory and methods.Under the guidance of system theory and scientific outlook on development,this thesis suggests us to strenthen our system consciousness,stick to overall consideration,make innovations in system theory,structure,operational mechanism and management service,explore new ways of optimizing systems to achieve the outcome of a scientific system development.更多还原
