【Abstract】 The paper analyses the meaning of human-based management through discussing both "library people" and the relations between people and library,librarians and readers,librarians,library management and society.It puts forward that the reader-based and librarian-based management are the two main aspects in applying the human-based management in college libraries.更多还原
