关于复合肥生产装置干燥尾气二级除尘系统的优化设计
Optimal Design for Secondary De-dustSystem of Dry Tail Gas in Compound Fertilizer Production Device
【摘要】 针对10万t/a复合肥生产装置尾气粉尘严重超标的问题,提出了增设二级除尘系统的技术改造方案。介绍了旋风除尘器的工作原理;建立了旋风除尘器效率数学模型及其约束条件;通过对数学模型求解,确定了旋风除尘器的结构尺寸,完成了优化设计。结果表明,尾气粉尘浓度由原来的263.3 mg/m3降低到25.2 mg/m3。
【Abstract】 In allusion to that the powdery dust seriously exceeded the standard requirement for the compound fertilized production plant with a capacity of 100000 t/a,author has presented the technical reformation scheme for adding secondary de-dust system.Author has introduced the working principle;has established the mathematical model for efficiency of cyclone de-duster and its restricted conditions;through solution of mathematical model,the structural dimensions were determined for cyclone de-duster,optimal design was finished.The result indicates that the concentration of powdery dust in tail gas is reduced from original 263.3 mg/m3 to 25.2 mg/m3.
