【Abstract】 University instructors are the backbone of the ideological and political education in universities.However,they spend much time on complicated routine administrative matters on students,which leads to their absence in the ideological and political education.Based on the questionnaire survey in this respect,this paper analyzes the statues quo and causes of the absence of instructors in the ideological and political education in universities,and puts forward some possible solutions.更多还原
