二次剥离法26Al的AMS测量
AMS Measurement of 26Al by Second Stripping Method
【摘要】 在中国原子能科学研究院HI-13串列加速器上使用Q3D磁谱仪用二次剥离法对26Al进行了AMS测量。结果表明,二次剥离法能有效抑制26Mg的干扰,同时又可以获得较强的束流,从而提高测量效率。在初步的实验中,26Al/27Al的探测限已达到4×10-14。对实验结果进行了分析,提出了进一步提高测量灵敏度的措施。
【Abstract】 An AMS measurement of 26Al was performed by second stripping method based on Beijing Q3D magnetic spectrometer at the HI-13 tandem accelerator of China Institute of Atomic Energy.High beam current of 27AlO-and high suppress factor of 26Mg were obtained by second stripping method,so the measurement efficiency was improved.An effective detection limit of 4 10-14 for the 26Al/27Al ratio was obtained in the preliminary experiment.The experimental results were analyzed,and some techniques to increase the sensitivity were discussed.
