HPXe γ探测器的研究与应用
Research and Application of HPXe Gamma Detector
【摘要】 介绍了HPXe探测器的特性、研究现状和应用前景。HPXe探测器可以在20~200°C的环境温度下稳定工作,也可以在强辐射环境下工作。在常温探测器中,HPXe探测器的能量分辨本领要优于NaI(Tl)、LaBr、BGO、CZT等探测器。HPXe探测器的研究工作已经比较深入,探测器设计中的一些关键问题,例如组分气体的比例、气体的压力、工作电压以及探测器的结构等已经得到解决。HPXe探测器在宇宙γ射线测量、核安全监测以及环境监测等方面有着很广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The main features,research status and application of High Pressure Xenon Gamma detector are introduced in the paper.HPXe detector is steady when working in the temperature ranging from 20 ℃ to 200 ℃.Furthermore,it is of great resistance to radiation.In room temperature detectors,HPXe provides better energy resolution than NaI(Tl),LaBr,BGO and CZT.With the increasingly development of study of HPXe detector,a series of key problems have been resolved,such as proportion of H2 in Xe + H2 mixture,work pressure,work voltage and structure of detector.HPXe detector is promising to be used in the fields of space Gamma detection,nuclear safeguard and environment monitor.
