【摘要】 随着国家电网公司微机化、数字化、智能化电网的建设,电力企业管理信息系统(MIS)逐步普及,电力系统继电保护统计分析在MIS中的应用将越来越多。对此,结合电网公司继电保护信息多级管理的需求,针对继电保护统计分析及运行管理系统的开发,提出了一种各局继电保护分散管理、统计运行数据网络化管理的设计方案;同时,阐述了由此方案优化的该系统设计、功能、主要特点,及通过共享全网数据,实现了各分公司继电保护分散统计,运行数据网络化统计。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the micro-computerization,digitization and intelligentization of the State Grid,Management of Information System(MIS) has been widespread,in which statistical analysis of relay protection is adopted more and more.Therefore,combing with the requirements of multi-level management for relay protection information,according to statistical analysis of relay protection and management of operation system,this paper proposes the design plan adopting decentralized management of relay protection and networking management of statistical operation data and expounds the design,function and main characteristics of this system after optimization.By sharing the whole network data,decentralized statistic of relay protection and networking statistic of operation data are realized.更多还原
