压榨过滤过程中提前压榨技术的试验研究

【摘要】 文章根据相同压榨压力下不同起始压榨点试验和过滤压力与压榨压力相同时和不相同时的试验,证明不同起始压榨点对压榨过滤有较大的影响,提出了一种最适宜压榨过滤的试验方法。工业性试验证明,与常规过滤方法相比,采用提前压榨技术可以缩短工艺处理时间、提高生产效率、降低滤饼含水率和滤饼质量,从而减少滤饼运输量,降低后续干燥工序的成本,达到节约能源、提高经济效益的目的。

【Abstract】 The great effect of different initial press points on press filtration is proved by the experiment with the different initial press points under the same press pressure and by experiments with the same and different filtration pressure and press pressure.A tentative method most appropriate for press filtration is put forward.Industrial experiments show that compared with traditional methods,the pre-press technology can shorten the processing time,improve production efficiency,and reduce the moisture content and weight of the filter cake so as to reduce the cake transportation quantity and lower the cost of the following drying process.The goals of saving energy and raising the economic benefit can be reached.
