基于灵敏度分析的双前桥转向系统摇臂机构的优化
Optimization of double-front-axle steering rocker based on sensitivity analysis
【摘要】 文章针对汽车前轮磨损严重的问题,以某重型双前桥汽车为研究对象,利用ADAMS/VIEW建立双前桥转向系统运动学模型,对其双转向系统进行运动学及转向性能仿真分析,然后采用灵敏度分析方法,对双前桥汽车转向系进行优化;最后,将优化结果与不经灵敏度分析优化的结果进行比较,结果证明,采用灵敏度分析方法效果好,并且节约仿真优化的时间,降低生产厂家改造成本。
【Abstract】 As to the problem of severe abrasion of the front tires,the paper takes a heavy double-front-axle automobile as the object of study and applies ADAMS/VIEW to establish the kinematics model of its steering system.The paper simulates and analyzes the kinematics and steering performance of the steering system.The analysis method of sensitivity is used to optimize the steering system,and the optimization result is compared with the one without sensitivity analysis.The comparison shows that the method of sensitivity analysis is effective and time-saving,which may reduce the transformation cost for the manufacturer.
