需求受库存影响的三层供应链的协调模型
Three-stage supply chain coordination model with a stock-dependent demand
【摘要】 文章针对单一制造商、单一销售商、单一运输商组成的三层供应链系统,研究了需求受库存水平影响的供应链协调问题。首先根据制造商主导的Stackelberg对策结构,对供应链成员间的决策问题进行分析;然后为制造商提出了一个改善整个渠道效率的量折扣策略,研究结果表明该折扣模型不仅能提高制造商的利润,而且能改善运输商和销售商的利润,同时使供应链达到协调;最后给出应用实例,分别就不合作的情况和合作的情况进行了对比。
【Abstract】 The supply chain coordination with a stock-dependent demand is discussed in this paper in regard to the three-stage supply chain system of a single manufacturer,a single transporter and a single retailer.First the decision-making of partners is analyzed based on a Stackelderg game dominated by the manufacturer.Then a quantity discount pricing policy is proposed for the manufacturer to improve the channel efficiency.The results verify that this policy makes the manufacturer’s profit better as well as the retailer and transporter’s,which can coordinate the supply chain perfectly.Finally the numerical examples are presented as a contrast between cooperative and non-cooperative business environment.
